I’m Heidi Bertucci, a residential real estate specialist and co-owner of Corcoran Pacific Properties here on the beautiful island of Oahu. Born and raised near Cologne, Germany, I am fluent in both German and English, and have proudly called the U.S. home for 19 years—15 of them in Hawaii.

Life on the islands keeps me active and inspired. I love hiking, stand-up paddling, and soaking up the Hawaiian sun with my husband, our two daughters Lani and Luna, and our dogs, Lilly and Lady Nala. When I’m not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, I enjoy traveling abroad and exploring new cultures.

Before entering real estate, I built a successful career in sales in Germany, helping clients with marketing and advertising strategies. That experience instilled in me a strong work ethic, a commitment to honesty, and a genuine love for connecting with people.

Since earning my real estate license, I’ve had the privilege of helping both domestic and international clients navigate the Oahu market, including international television celebrities. By listening carefully to my clients’ needs and guiding them through every step of the transaction process, I consistently deliver excellent results.

With a creative eye for design, I personally stage all of my listings and provide renovation guidance when needed. My approach has led to multiple record sales and ensures that every seller I represent receives top dollar.
