"Heidi is the best. This was the fifth time I worked with Heidi, and I highly recommend her, either buying or selling real estate. Her knowledge about this business and her commitment are very strong and it is obvious that she loves what she does. She is very reliable and responsive as well. My listing was published on Monday, and on Wednesday was the first opportunity for showings. Wednesday evening, we got an offer for the asking price, but she did not stop there and continued to show my unit and at the end of the week we received a backup offer as well for the asking price. Everything went smoothly. After 30 days we closed successfully. Heidi is on top; I recently needed information about something that was 5 years ago related to the first unit I bought with her. I couldn't find it in all the paperwork, so I called her, hoping she could tell me where to search. She was out and about and said, "Give me a minute" and it didn't even take her that long to find the information I needed. That was very impressive.
